A grassroots citizens’ organization says that the Town of Somers has “dodged a bullet” and is currently not part of a plan to expand a gas pipeline through Northern Westchester County. However, the group says that could easily change and it is trying to educate the community about the project, which it claims is an imminent danger to safety, health and property.
