PEEKSKILL, N.Y. – Grassroots groups from along the proposed route for Spectra’s Algonquin Incremental Market pipeline expansion, which cuts through New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, have joined together to host a “Week of Respect and Resistance” with actions from Dec. 13 to Dec. 19 in opposition to the project.
